Return and Exchange Policy

At Mizaz Jaipur, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility – 3 Days

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • In original condition with all tags intact
  • Packed in its original packaging
  • Free from stains, perfume, or damage

Returns that fail quality checks will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned:

  • Sale/discounted items
  • Accessories (if any in future)
  • Customised / altered products
  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at : marketplace@mizazjaipur.com or fill the return form on our website.
  2. Share your order number, reason for return, and product images.
  3. Our team will verify and approve your request within 24–48 hours.
  4. Once approved, a pickup will be arranged from your address.

4. Refund Method

We currently offer store credit for all approved returns.

  • Store credit will be issued within 2–4 working days after the returned product passes quality check.
  • Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.

Refunds back to the original payment method are not currently supported.

5. Replacement / Exchange

If you received:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • The wrong size or wrong product

We will replace it at no extra cost.

Replacement requests must also be raised within 3 days of delivery.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

Once the order is processed/shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Reverse Pickup Availability

Reverse pickups are available in most serviceable pin codes.
If your pin code is unserviceable, you may be asked to self-ship the product and share the courier receipt.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. QC Rejection

A return may be rejected if:

  • Product shows signs of wear or wash
  • Tags are missing
  • Product is altered or damaged
  • Product differs from the images shared during approval

In such cases, the product will be shipped back to you.
