Exchange Policy

We offer a 3-day exchange window from the date of delivery.

Exchange Charges

A ₹200 exchange fee will be applicable for all size exchanges from now onwards.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

For smooth approval of your exchange request, please upload:

  • An unboxing video of the parcel
  • A clear 360° video showing the product from all angles (front and back)

Size Exchange

Customers may request a size exchange within 3 days of receiving the order.

The exchanged item will be dispatched only after the returned product successfully passes our quality inspection.

Exchange Exceptions

Exchanges will only be accepted if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective, and
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

Exchange Process

  1. Raise an exchange request within the eligible period.
  2. Pay the applicable ₹200 exchange fee.
  3. The product will be collected and undergo a quality check.
  4. Once approved, the replacement product will be dispatched.

Refund Policy

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once they have been processed and dispatched.

Store Credit Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in the form of store credit under the following circumstances:

  • If the order is not delivered within 30 days due to Mizaz's inability to ship the order.
  • If the shipping location is deemed unserviceable by our courier partners.

No Refund for Damaged Products

Damaged or defective products are eligible only for exchange as per our Exchange Policy and are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Recipient unavailable at the delivery location
  • Refusal to accept the shipment
  • Customer dissatisfaction after successful delivery
  • Delays caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances
  • Product damage, misuse, alteration, or tampering by the customer

Refund Timeline

Where applicable, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days in the form of:

  • Store Credit, or
  • Direct bank transfer (if approved by Mizaz)
