Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery across India usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Mizaz Jaipur suit sets are crafted using high-quality, breathable fabrics. The top and bottom are made from cotton, while the dupattas vary by design and may be crafted from Mulmul, Kota Doria, or Rayon, offering comfort with a graceful drape.

As a general guideline:

• Machine wash cold or hand wash gentle

• Use mild detergent

• Do not bleach

• Tumble dry low or hang to dry

• Iron on low–medium heat if needed

Our outfits are designed with standard Indian sizing. Please refer to the size chart on the product page for accurate measurements before placing your order.

Cotton fabrics may show minimal natural shrinkage. Following the recommended care instructions helps maintain the garment’s shape and fit.

Minor color variation or slight bleeding may occur during the first wash due to natural dyes and printing techniques. We recommend washing separately the first time.

Yes. Our designs balance comfort and elegance, making them ideal for daily wear, office wear, casual outings, and light festive occasions.

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 3 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Providing the return is within the 3-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
