At Mizaz Jaipur, we ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Please review our shipping timelines and guidelines below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During sales or high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

2. Shipping Time

Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within:

  • 3–7 days for metro cities

  • 5–10 days for non-metro and remote locations

Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on courier availability and your location.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • For COD (if enabled), an additional COD fee may apply.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

You can track your package anytime using the tracking ID provided.

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.

A delivery may fail due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • No response from the customer

  • Phone switched off

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

In such cases, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, or if items are missing:

  1. Take clear photos/videos of the package and product

  2. Email us within 24 hours of delivery at support@mizazjaipur.com

Our team will assist you with a replacement or resolution.

7. International Shipping

Currently, Mizaz Jaipur ships only within India.

8. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Refusal of delivery will result in deductions for forward + return shipping.
